About this data
Where does the data come from?
Live balances come from minepoa.com's public agent list, plus POAScan's rich list for self-custody holders that list leaves out. History comes from the public epoch close records (the reward each address got at each close) and finalised transfers archived by POAScan. Nothing here uses a login or an API key. It refreshes about every 6 hours, shortly after each epoch close.
How accurate is the history?
Balances before the first live snapshot are reconstructed: rewards at every confirmed close plus or minus transfers. Swap escrow (POA held in open swap offers) isn't modelled, and the archive can miss a transfer, so a few addresses show a residual. When one does, the lookup flags it. Closes POAScan marks unconfirmed are skipped: .
What are spendable and locked?
Rewards vest over 100 epoch closes (about 25 days at 4 closes a day), so part of a balance is still locked. This site estimates the split from the public rewards: each reward unlocks in equal steps at each close after it's paid, and balances carried over the genesis cut (24 Oct) count as fully unlocked. Transfers are treated as spendable. The minepoa node keeps the official split, which isn't public per address, so treat these numbers as close estimates. Before the genesis cut the same rule is applied to segment 1 rewards.
How is rank worked out?
Rank 1 is the largest balance among addresses holding more than zero of the chosen measure (total, spendable or locked). Equal balances share a rank. "Top x%" is rank divided by the number of holders. Changes compare with the previous data point, about 24 hours earlier, and about 7 days earlier. ▲ means the address moved up.
Why are there two segments (S1, S2)?
The network restarted from a "genesis cut" on 24 Oct 2026. Segment 1 history was archived and balances carried over, so the timeline runs S1 closes, then S2 closes, then live snapshots.
